Innovation Alley

INNOVATION ALLEY will be open for SELECT
Saturdays and School Vacation times.
Check back for our schedule!

Innovation Alley is the Charles River Museum’s new exhibit and workspace dedicated to encouraging and fostering critical thinking and creativity in the minds of our young visitors!

The Alley uses hands on STEAM activities and programs, presented in a fun, playful, and accessible manner to engage kids from Pre-K to Teen and help them develop innovative skills that might aid them in all aspects of their life.

Innovation Alley is open on a regularly scheduled basis, with a combination of free-to-all and paid programming aimed at widest possible levels of education, including, as much as possible, non-English speaking children.

The Charles River Museum’s Innovation Alley represents our renewed focus and dedication to the importance of education.

WE’D LIKE YOUR ASSISTANCE!

If you are a parent or educator who has suggestions for possible Innovation Alley activities or would like to donate supplies, resources, or children’s books (esp. foreign language) on making, innovation, invention, or other STEAM topics, please contact the Museum’s Educator HERE.
